Post War Britain and Significant People

Years 5 and 6 are studying Post War Britain and Significant People this term. All children were asked to study a significant person who had been famous since 1948 and produce a leaflet or poster about their person. They were also asked to dress up as their person for an exhibition in the afternoon.

The significant people ranged from Neil Armstrong to Rosa Parks to Sir Bobby Robson. We were delighted with the efforts and enthusiasm from everyone and had a great time.
